These terms apply to all software products developed and distributed by Cloudrun Ltd, including but not limited to 365 Launcher, 365 License Monitor, and 365 Reader.
Subject to payment of applicable fees, Cloudrun Ltd grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software for your internal business purposes. You may not:
The software may require activation using a licence key provided at the time of purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your licence key. Each licence is valid for a single user or device as specified in the product description.
Cloudrun Ltd may provide updates, patches, and technical support at its discretion. Support is provided via email during UK business hours unless otherwise stated in your purchase agreement. Cloudrun Ltd reserves the right to discontinue support for older versions of the software.
The software may connect to Microsoft 365 APIs to perform its intended functions. Cloudrun Ltd does not store or retain any customer data accessed through these APIs beyond what is necessary for the immediate operation of the software. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.
You remain the data controller of any data accessed through your Microsoft 365 tenant. Cloudrun Ltd acts as a data processor and will process data only in accordance with your instructions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloudrun Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or interruption of business.
Cloudrun Ltd's total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the software in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Cloudrun Ltd does not guarantee that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all Microsoft 365 tenant configurations. The software relies on third-party APIs (including Microsoft Graph) which may change or become unavailable.
Cloudrun Ltd may terminate your licence immediately if you breach any of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the software and destroy all copies in your possession. Any paid fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
