Business Laptop recommendations

We recommend the following three models to suit most requirements. These can all be provided at a similar spec, however vary in premium look and feel, slimness and weight. They are all robust business class laptops. Thinkpads are far more robust that non-business class laptops.

Do not buy off the shelf laptops from Currys, PC World, etc. Avoid Lenovo ideapad.

Minimum recommend specification

  • Intel Core Ultra 5 processor
  • 16GB RAM
  • 512GB SSD
  • Windows 11 Pro (required for M365 users)
  • 14″ WUXGA 1920 x 1200
  • Backlit keyboard
  • 3 year warranty
  • Optional: 5G WWAN card useful for some staff, especially field staff or anyone who travels frequently.
